Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting Soft Skills 5. Exceptional presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions 6. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 7. Excellent leadership and management skills 8. Strategic Thinking, Proactivity and Curiosity Strategical skills: 9. Ability to understand the new digital challenges, understand industrial & business context and develop strategic solutions regarding Data&AI, including Generative AI 10. Working as data scientist transforming analytical outcomes into business insights Technical Skills 11. Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning and Generative AI. 12. Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development. 13. AI Model Deployment and Integration (MLOps): Experience in deploying models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions. 14. Data Ethics: In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
