Location: Zona Franca About the Role We are seeking a Test Engineer to join their team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level engineer who is motivated to grow in testing and validation. You will play a key role in developing and executing test sequences, diagnosing issues, and supporting global teams to ensure the performance and reliability of our motor controller systems. This is a hands-on hardware testing role, where you'll work directly with electronic components, lab equipment, and motor controllers-supported by some software test development. software and test sequences for testing motor controllers * Find and fix hardware and software issues during testing * Check that test stations work correctly and reliably * Create and update documentation, test reports, and procedures * Work with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to keep testers running well * Support global engineering teams with technical questions or problems * Help investigate issues, find root causes, and suggest solutions Requirements * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering * Programming knowledge in one of these: C#, C, C++ * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global, multicultural team * Proficient in English and Spanish Advantages * Familiarity with testing tools such as LabVIEW or TestStand, and remote control of lab equipment (PSUs, DMMs, etc.) * Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies * Familiarity with microcontroller programming in C What they offer *
