Senior AI Engineer

• Build innovative AI systems that solve real-world business challenges. This includes working with traditional ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as pioneering Generative AI systems.
• Understands customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions (from conception to deployment).
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions, from data and software engineering tasks to sophisticated AI components.
• Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Deploy production-ready applications on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) to generate business value for our clients.
• Responsible for the high-quality delivery of your team's projects.
• Technically guide junior engineers.
• Leverage your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
• Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead

• 3+ years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development
• Degree in computer science or related field
• Proficient in Python & software development best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch/German are a plus)
• Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients
• A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset
• Worked on one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps way of working
• Took a leading technical role in a team structure
