Senior IT Engineer - Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

• Virtualization Management: Administer VMware/Citrix environments, optimize performance, and manage VM lifecycle.
• Application operations: Contribute to application operations for our VDI solutions
• System Administration: Apply updates, patches, and backups; enforce security best practices; maintain documentation.
• Technical Support: Provide 3rd-line support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor systems, plan capacity, and implement automation for efficiency.
• Knowledge sharing: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing discussion, training sessions and documentation

Do you have experience in Windows?, We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer with relevant degree and hands-on professional experience from several areas within:

• Citrix
• VMware
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Microsoft Azure, including MCS (Machine Creation Services)
• Microsoft Windows OS technologies
• Group Policy Management
• Scripting (incl. Powershell)
