The priority is to have someone with broad, practical knowledge across key HCM modules. Key Skills Required Strong experience in Oracle HCM configuration (7+ Years) Absence Management configuration Global HR configuration End-to-end implementation experience in a key/lead role (not just data loading or translation-actual configuration is mandatory) Experience in Performance & Talent Management Good understanding of Personalization and Security Technical skills: Fast Formula HSDL / HDL OTBI Reporting
