Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in digital or customer-facing roles
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or similar role
- Proven experience working on a single product roadmap across multiple development teams
- Background in delivering both Mobile Apps and Websites
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of APIs, web platforms, and customer identity management
- Excellent communication, quick thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices
- Degree or equivalent experience; product management or Scrum certifications are a bonus, * Experience working on loyalty programmes or customer engagement tools
- Exposure to travel apps, B2B portals, SEO, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or digital optimisation tools
