What you will work on

• Innovate and Automate: You'll play a key role in creating and implementing cutting-edge DevOps solutions, enhancing existing infrastructure with a focus on automation.
• Shape the Future: Engage in the ideation stage of Proof of Concepts with our external customers, bringing innovative ideas to life.
• Embrace New Technologies: Support the migration and optimization of existing systems to new platforms that leverage advanced technologies like containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Ensure Excellence: Be involved in the documentation, testing, and commissioning of infrastructure, as well as handling incidents to maintain system stability and availability.
• Lead Technical Analysis: Take responsibility for in-depth technical analysis, ensuring our solutions are robust and effective.

• Completed technical education (HTL, university, FH) with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or similar
• At least 3 years of practical experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge in C# and good experience in software development
• Strong operational skills with experience in managing and optimizing infrastructure
• Solid database knowledge (e.g., MSSQL, postgresql), proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., preferably Azure)
• Independent, self-reliant, and structured working style, high customer orientation, problem-solving skills, enthusiasm, and communication strength as well as a proactive personality within the team
• Enjoyment of DevOps practices and engagement with new technologies
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance efficiency and code quality
• Knowledge of Agile framworks, preferably experiance in working in Scrum
• Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage

The minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 60,000 (gross annual salary all-in). However, we are of course willing to provide overpayment based on prior qualifications and experience!
