SAP Senior Consultant (General / Multi-Module)

We are looking for several Senior SAP Consultants-across all modules and technical domains-to support various strategic initiatives involving SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

The profiles we want to attract include:

• Functional SAP Consultants
• Technical SAP Consultants (ABAP, Fiori, CPI, BTP, Basis)
• SAP Solution Architects
• SAP Project Managers
• S/4HANA Migration Experts
• Cross-module specialists (Logistics, Finance, HR, Manufacturing…)

Consultants must be autonomous, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and external integrators.

Main Responsibilities1. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyse business needs and translate them into SAP design specifications.
• Produce high-level (HLD) and detailed (LLD) designs.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
• Propose best-practice SAP solutions and challenge existing processes.

2. Configuration & Implementation

• Configure the relevant SAP module(s) and ensure cross-module integration.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cut-over activities.
• Assist with go-live and hypercare.

3. S/4HANA Projects

• Support ECC * S/4 conversion (brownfield/greenfield).
• Conduct impact assessments and fit-gap analyses.
• Apply SAP Activate methodologies and best practices.

4. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Write functional and technical documentation.
• Prepare training materials and coach key users.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support (L3).

5. Coordination & Project Leadership

• Collaborate with architects, developers, integrators, and PMOs.
• Ensure alignment on scope, planning, budget, and risks.
• Monitor delivery quality and propose continuous improvements.

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP experience (functional/technical/architect/project management).
• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end-to-end.
• Exposure to international or large enterprise environments.
• SAP Certification or SAP Activate is a plus.
