Job description
As our in-house Full Stack Engineer, you will be one of the very early members of the technical product and engineering team, responsible for executing on our tech strategy as we scale under the leadership of the Engineering Lead. This is a hands-on role where you will write production-ready code while overtime, also contributing to scaling our technology and product verticals., * Owning the implementation of our technical products - Developing technical components for us to rapidly launch and execute on our tech and product roadmap.
- Hands-on development - Writing high-quality, maintainable code in TypeScript (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) and leading critical system improvements.
- Withholding best practices and standards - Following company and industry best practices when it comes to CI/CD, logging, monitoring, security, and testing.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Working closely with different stakeholders to build an outstanding digital patient experience.

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, You are excited to build and take ownership of technical projects and products that scale from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users. Beyond writing code, you want to shape the future of digital healthcare., * Have 3+ years of experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
- Are hands-on with engineering - experienced in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), and AWS infrastructure.
- Enjoy building scalable systems and improving logging, CI/CD, and testing for smooth operations.
- Have experience with API integrations, connecting systems, and handling sensitive data securely.
- Have a founder's mindset - taking ownership, moving fast, and balancing speed with quality.
- Are fluent in English (German is a plus).
