Job description
As an IT System Administrator (all genders), you play a central role in the ongoing development and security of our internal IT infrastructure. You work at the intersection of IT security, user support, and system administration, ensuring that our teams can operate in a stable, secure, and modern IT environment. You contribute your technical expertise to security concepts, onboarding processes, and our overall system landscape., * Enhancing security for Linux, Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
- Supporting users with security-related questions and IT onboarding
- Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues with hardware, software, or network issues
- Developing and managing backup and recovery solutions
- Monitoring and optimizing system performance, including capacity planning
- Creating technical documentation for the entire IT environment
- Actively contributing to the development and implementation of security concepts as part of various certifications, * Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a completed degree in an IT-related field (or similar)
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and network services
- Initial experience with Linux, Apple, and Windows systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, precise way of working
- High level of innovation, self-initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and strong team spirit
- Fluent in German and English
