Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung, Qualität, Kosten und Controlling des internen SOC-Services für die gesamte GOLDBECK-Gruppe Fachliche Führung und Organisation des SOC-Service-Teams Operativer Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsüberwachungs- und Detektionsmaßnahmen in hybrider IT-Umgebung (Primär: Microsoft Defender Full Suite mit Azure Sentinel) Steuerung und Optimierung der Serviceleistungen und des Incident-Response-Prozesses Analyse aktueller Sicherheitsereignissen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, technischen Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Security Operations (SOC) und den Primärprodukten Microsoft Defender & Azure Sentinel Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
