Job description
As a Software Test Engineer you will be working with a team of 50 highly skilled developers and testers. Our software is used for patient care thus quality testing is a high priority at Gerimedica. You will focus on comprehensive quality assurance through both automated and manual testing approaches. Your primary responsibilities include expanding and maintaining our automated test suites (including execution, monitoring, and maintenance), conducting strategic manual and exploratory testing, and collaborating with the team to develop effective, value-driven testing strategies. You'll be responsible for building robust end-to-end test coverage, proactively identifying issues throughout the software development lifecycle, and maintaining essential QA documentation and tooling.
Requirements
We are looking for somebody with some years of experience in the field of software & automation testing and implementation. It is important that you are familiar with our stack as described above. We appreciate employees who are proactive and highly motivated, who can follow their own initiative with a positive and critical mindset. In this role, you are encouraged to challenge and improve our standards! Of course you have a strong awareness of data protection policies and guidelines. - Experience with test case design, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and Playwright.
- Understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
- Good communication skills.
