Job description

  • Create and maintain product records within the ERP system, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of product master data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to collect, validate, and update product and safety information.
  • Review and process Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the SDS management system to ensure compliance and accessibility.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies to safeguard integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining master data processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on data management performance, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with legislation and QHSE standards, implementing necessary updates to align organizational practices with evolving requirements.
  • Contribute to meeting quality, safety, and environmental objectives, supporting compliance and excellence in products and services.

Requirements

  • ASO/TSO or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Science, Mathematics, or Environmental Management (or a combination).
  • Minimum of 3 years in quality, chemistry, or QHSE-related / health and safety roles.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with proven attention to detail and precision.
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with D365 / Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
  • Ability to complete mandatory training and engage in continuous professional development.
  • Experience with various software packages is preferred.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards, independent and proactive.
