Power Platform & BI Assistant

Knowles Fleet is one of the UK's leading transport management service providers, and we're looking for a motivated Power Platform & BI Assistant to join our team in Dedham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stage of their Power Platform or programming journey who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Working closely with our IT Systems Coordinator, you will help build and maintain automation flows, data dashboards, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and turning data into meaningful insights.

Duties

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Help design, update, and improve Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Support data integration across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, SQL, and Sage.
• Work with departments to identify automation opportunities and support their implementation.
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions to assist ongoing maintenance and development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT function.

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Some experience or understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, or programming (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA).

• Strong interest in developing skills in automation and business intelligence.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable learning independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for technology and improving business processes.

Workings hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays
