Job description

Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our global human resources systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both systems administration and data, solving problems, and developing analytics across a global organisation., As Global HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems. You will help maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance, and develop meaningful analytics that support decision-making across Turner & Townsend., * Resolve HR systems queries, working closely with the HRIS Team, colleagues, vendors, and internal IT teams.

  • Maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls.
  • Support with analysing HR data and producing management information, offering insights, and making recommendations.
  • Manage the HR systems admin mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve data collection, reporting, and system processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, * Experience using an HR system (experience with iTrent is a plus, but not essential).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Outlook and Teams).
  • Experience in using Excel to manipulate datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
