Job description
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3-10 years of experience to join our fully remote UK team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, support business decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes., * Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Design and maintain automated reporting and data workflows.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Assist in predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical and machine learning techniques (if applicable).
- Stay updated on best practices, tools, and techniques in data analysis.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Expertise in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools (Python, R, or SAS) is a plus.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools is advantageous.
