Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3-10 years of experience to join our fully remote UK team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, support business decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes., * Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business objectives.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Design and maintain automated reporting and data workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Assist in predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical and machine learning techniques (if applicable).
• Stay updated on best practices, tools, and techniques in data analysis.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

• Expertise in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools (Python, R, or SAS) is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools is advantageous.

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
