React / React Native Developer

We're looking for a talented React / React Native Developer to join our product team and take a leading role in developing Eleanor's new web and mobile experiences. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver smooth, visually refined, and high-performing interfaces used by both guests and resort staff around the world., * Build, maintain, and optimize Eleanor's React-based web interfaces and React Native mobile app (iOS and Android).

• Implement reusable UI components, shared logic, and consistent styling across platforms.
• Collaborate on responsive design and intuitive UX flows that make complex resort operations effortless.
• Integrate APIs for dynamic content, real-time bookings, and communication features.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and scalability across devices and screen sizes.
• Contribute to the evolution of Eleanor's design system and component library.

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong experience building production applications in React and React Native.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and modern frontend workflows.
• Experience with state management, API integration, and responsive UI design.
• Good eye for UX and visual detail - we value developers who care about how things feel, not just how they work.
• Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborating in agile, product-oriented teams.
• Familiarity with app distribution (TestFlight, Play Store) and web deployment pipelines is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with hospitality, booking, or white-label SaaS platforms.
