Job description

  • Reception of user calls.
  • On-site support for VIP users.
  • Incident logging, monitoring, and resolution.
  • Escalation of incidents and execution of defined actions for their resolution.
  • Application control.
  • Hardware incident management: computers, printers, and mobile devices.

Requirements

  • Higher Vocational Training degree in Computer Systems and Network Administration.
  • Professional experience of at least one year as a Microcomputer Support Technician will be valued.
  • Availability to perform occasional on-call duties.
  • Advanced or native level of Catalan.
