At TMC, we are looking for a Data Engineer who thrives on data, innovation, and building scalable solutions. In this role, you help organizations in the technical sector to optimize their use of data and make a direct impact on digitalization and data-driven work. You contribute by designing, building, and maintaining robust data infrastructures. ## What will you do? As a Data Engineer at TMC, you develop data solutions that are truly utilized. You collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Process Specialists, and other technical experts. You will be responsible for: - Designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes to integrate data from various sources. - Optimizing data storage, data structures, and performance in cloud environments. - Ensuring data quality, security, and data governance. - Translating business needs into smart, scalable data solutions. - Identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes. - Further developing data platforms and exploring new technologies. You will join a driven and close-knit team where knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation are central. Of course, there is also room for fun and social activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A completed bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or data-related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) and knowledge of data warehouse technologies.
- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining ETL processes.
- A category B driver's license.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
