Applications Specialist

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of legal and AI applications, including iManage Cloud, Intapp, Litera, BigHand, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions
• Evaluate and implement emerging legal tech and AI tools to drive automation and productivity
• Deliver user training, best practice guidance, and contribute to the firm's IT strategy
• Support finance systems, infrastructure, and occasionally cover out-of-hours support

• 3+ years' experience in applications engineering within legal or professional services
• Strong knowledge of legal applications and GenAI platforms
• Skilled in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra AD, and Windows Server
• Familiar with ITIL frameworks and service management tools
