Job description
- Lead common and local design (HLD/LLD) across the Oracle Fusion suite.
- Own end-to-end solution design through build, SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare.
- Drive configuration, integration, data, security and governance threads.
- Define change governance, Level 3 support and Knowledge Transfer.
Required Experience:
HCM & Payroll
- Core HR, Global Payroll (UK), Fast Formulas, Absence Management, Fusion configuration.
- HR/Payroll integrations into wider enterprise systems.
Finance & EPM
- Chart of Accounts design and setup.
- GL / AP / AR configuration.
- Integration with EPM for planning and reporting.
Procurement & P2P
- Strong P2P cycle knowledge and Sourcing.
- Configuration and reporting aligned to the UK Procurement Act 2023 (transparency and reporting).
Integration, Data & Security
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - hybrid connectivity, orchestration, secure REST/SOAP APIs.
- HDL, FBDI, ADFdi, and auditable data migration pipelines.
- Expert BIP / OTBI reporting.
- Fusion application security & role model, SSO, network perimeter configuration, NCSC/OCI security governance.
Requirements
Our client is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation within UK Central Government and is seeking experienced Oracle Functional and Technical Architects (approx. 10-20 years' Oracle experience) to lead design and implementation across HR, Finance and Procurement.
