Job description
- Serve as technical team lead, providing guidance and driving technical direction
- Design, operate, and optimize RHEL platform, including virtualization, containers, and networking
- Automate system installations, integrations, and release processes to ensure efficient software delivery
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions for reliable operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal stakeholders and customer configurations
- Troubleshoot complex issues, provide user support and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- University or college degree in computer science/engineering, software engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams and driving architectural or operational decisions
- Strong experience with Linux systems (RHEL), virtualization, containers, and networking
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation of system tasks
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and monitoring tools
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English; ideally also in German
