Job description

  • Serve as technical team lead, providing guidance and driving technical direction
  • Design, operate, and optimize RHEL platform, including virtualization, containers, and networking
  • Automate system installations, integrations, and release processes to ensure efficient software delivery
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions for reliable operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal stakeholders and customer configurations
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, provide user support and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • University or college degree in computer science/engineering, software engineering or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a technical lead role, guiding teams and driving architectural or operational decisions
  • Strong experience with Linux systems (RHEL), virtualization, containers, and networking
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and automation of system tasks
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and monitoring tools
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills in English; ideally also in German
