Job description
Client will provide development and integration services for solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform , focused on automating business processes. The service includes implementing intelligent workflows, advanced conversational experiences, and system integration via APIs., * Design, develop, and maintain workflows in Power Automate for process automation.
- Implement solutions using PowerFx in custom applications.
- Configure and optimize Copilot Studio for advanced conversational experiences.
- Integrate systems and services using REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and propose efficient solutions.
- Document developments and ensure best practices in security and governance.
Requirements
Must Have
- Power Automate - Level 3
- PowerFx - Level 2
- Copilot Studio - Level 2
- REST APIs - Level 3
- Custom connectors - Level 2
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Customer Service and omnichannel environments - Level 1
- Official certifications in Power Platform
- Experience in business process automation projects - Level 2
