Our client, an important money transfer company, requires to incorporate an IT Support Team Lead, to provide first level assistance to users in this area, for their EMEASA team. Your main responsibilities will be:
Función
- Plan, organize and improve support for the group's internal stores: remote and in-person support.
- Microsoft Systems Administration: Medium Level.
- Manage Active Directory: Create accounts, users, groups, and distribution lists.
- Exchange, Azure and o365 applications: acknowledge receipt to the user's email management.
- Provide support at European level.
- Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and Jira)
- Lead the technical team that provides internal support to more than 120 group stores.
- Incident management (SLA)
- Recognition of Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall)
- Document incidents/Problems in applications.
- Generate reports and impact analysis.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/solve complex problems.
Requirements
- Experience in Team Leading from 2 to 3 years.
- High level of English.
- Title in system administration and network. (ASIR. CISCO title will be valued)
- Acknowledge of an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstation, and Printers)
- Acknowledge of microcomputing.
