Job description
As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining reporting solutions to enhance guest experience, increase engagement, and support the overall business strategy. You'll take full ownership of analytics requestsdelivering insights from end to end and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
Your Tasks:

Gather information via SQL from dataset

Build and maintain Power BI reports or Excel files for all business functions

Analyze reports by understanding the key drivers and provide useful insights

Provide ad hoc analyzes on request of the various business functions and the senior management team

Help the team in automating reports and analysis

Standardize the reports in Southern Europe and subsequently throughout Odeon Cinemas Group

Work in the continuous development of reports and analyzes helping the growth of the business
Requirements

Highly analytical, with experience in a similar role

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong ability to work with large datasets, with demonstrable experience in both Excel and Power BI
-
Knowledge of SQL

Ability to visualize data, with experience in Power Point and Power BI

Ability to work closely and communicate well with an international team

Naturally curious, with a desire to understand drivers of performance

Autonomous, organized and able to deliver to deadlines

Change oriented, adaptable, and able to modify the style in order to reach goals and to maintain effectiveness within changing environments
