Information Technology Project Manager

• Lead and manage IT projects using Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Plan project kickoffs, define milestones, and monitor progress.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders .
• Manage risks , dependencies, and ensure project governance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, reporting, and runbooks .
• Drive project success in an international and multicultural context .

• +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in large corporate environments .
• Proven expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies .
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or similar .
• Experience with eCommerce projects (preferable).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .
• Fluent English (C1/native) ; Spanish is a plus.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana for documentation and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM platform) and Loyalty systems or platforms is a plus.
• Based in Barcelona.
