Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. * 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise-scale multiuser database environments (on-premises/hybrid). * Expertise in open-source RDBMS/NoSQL: Production-level experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and MongoDB. * Strong Linux administration skills (Red Enterprise Linux 8/9), including system optimization and troubleshooting. * Proven experience with monitoring/logging/alerting systems (e.g., Elastic Stack, Splunk, Prometheus). * Containerization knowledge: Experience migrating databases to containerized environments (OpenShift/AKS) is

highly valued. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell), and CI/CD pipelines. * Fluency in English (mandatory for global collaboration); Spanish is a plus. * University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance, scalable database solutions for PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, and MongoDB. * Drive end-to-end availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning using native and third-party monitoring tools. * Lead migration of databases to containerized environments (OpenShift/AKS) while ensuring security and compliance. * Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems integrated with enterprise standards. * Optimize query performance and database architecture to meet business-critical SLAs. * Collaborate with Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure teams to align database solutions with core infrastructure. * Coach junior colleagues and share
