Software Engineer

2-5 years of experience across frontend and backend development. Proficient with React/Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, plus Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend. Experience building data-intensive dashboards, experiment tracking UIs, or internal automation tools. Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and frontend-backend integration. Experience with SQL databases, containerized development (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AWS or cloud-based deployment environments. Product-driven approach - able to collaborate with researchers and PMs to translate exploratory workflows into production-quality tools. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with LLM lifecycle and MLOps tools (Hugging Face, Flyte, MLflow, LangChain). Experience with data visualization libraries (Plotly, Recharts, D3.js). Understanding of workflow orchestration or background job systems (Celery, Argo, Flyte). Proven ability to design user experiences that simplify complex R&D processes. Passion for turning automation and ML research insights into polished, user-centric internal products.
