The role of D365 Project Director
- Manage cross-programme risks, issues, and dependencies, acting as the senior escalation point and ensuring proactive mitigation across the portfolio
- Monitor programme progress, portfolio financials, and strategic resource allocation, including accountability for contract performance, BL EBITDA, MU and portfolio profitability, and EAC/ETC governance.
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders, representing the organisation in executive steering committees and key customer forums.
- Ensure delivery of business outcomes and realisation of customer ROI, driving value, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across all programmes.
- Collaborate with the sales organisation to shape and validate sales cases, while identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and innovation within existing accounts.
Travel and Hybrid Working

We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements. Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, SAFE/Agile and relevant Microsoft project methodologies gained through leading a large project and programme Teams.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with C-Level Stakeholders and become their Trusted Advisor
- Experience of presenting complex information to large groups of people at all levels of seniority - to colleagues and customers
- Able to run complex customer and internal meetings authoritative
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the full MS stack and how the products integrate with each other.
- Multiple ERP roll-outs (£1mil+) - ideally Dynamics ERP
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
