Business Transformation - Innovation & Impact drives Pfizer's end-to-end technology transformation roadmap, prioritizing, delivering, and scaling high-impact use cases across the International Commercial Division. The team combines innovation, responsible data leadership, and agile change management to embed AI fluency and adoption across all levels. Through cross-functional collaboration, it enables measurable business impact and builds future-ready capabilities.
Role Summary
In this role, you will drive AI fluency and adoption across international teams by developing and leading change leadership strategies, training, and enablement programs. You will work closely with above-market teams, Analytics & CFC Innovation & Enablement Leads, Digital, ICO Change Management Counterpart (for Marketing), CMO teams, and local AI squad leads to embed capabilities and support adoption across all AI use cases in International Markets.
You will integrate change leadership strategies with persona-based enablement (HQ teams, CFC ecosystem) to ensure tailored adoption approaches and collaborate with external partners and vendors for innovative enablement solutions and best practices. You will partner across AI Transformation ("AIT") verticals and use cases to form an end-to-end International Change Management plan for both long-term and short-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop global change management strategies and overall plan for technology adoption and fluency with Digital, ICO and CMO cross-functional teams.
- Lead training and enablement programs leveraging behavioral science, CX, AI Learning Academy, communications, and AI CoE in Digital to drive downstream adoption of technology.
- Work closely with Change Management leads and Use Case Leads in ICD across all AIT verticals (e.g., Marketing, CFC, T&C, Medical, and Analytics) and use cases to form an end-to-end International Change Management plan.
- Monitor fluency and adoption metrics and create end-user feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with above-market change management teams in CMO & Digital and local change management teams in a squad structure to support in-market commercial teams to embed technology programs.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure adoption, fluency, and behavioral change impact across markets across programs.
- Own budget oversight for change management programs and training initiatives across commercial domains.
- Coordinate planning and execution of AI enablement events, symposiums, and roadshows to showcase success stories and drive engagement.
- Report adoption progress, risks, and mitigation plans to the AIT Committee on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-level change management and driving adoption of digital or technology-driven transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in designing and implementing learning, enablement, or behavioral change programs that build AI fluency and readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholder groups, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills to simplify complex transformation topics into inspiring, actionable narratives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, People Experience (PX), Behavioral Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience: significant experience in change leadership, organizational transformation, or training and enablement roles within global or matrixed environments.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine change strategies and measure success.
