Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Lead project kickoffs, sprint planning sessions, and ongoing communication cadence.
- Oversee hands-on technical activities when required, including development, deployment, and environment setup.
Technical & Cloud Responsibilities
- Support technical teams in solution design, development, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Understand and contribute to cloud-related tasks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Participate in architecture discussions, environment management, and integration activities.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and support DevOps-related workflows.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, vendors, business analysts, etc.).
- Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate status meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
- Promote a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance team culture.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify, document, and manage project risks with clear mitigation strategies.
- Track, escalate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage change requests and ensure they are reviewed, approved, and documented properly.
Budgeting, Costing & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track project costs, resource utilization, and vendor expenses.
- Ensure optimal allocation of people, tools, and infrastructure to minimize overspend.
Quality Assurance & Delivery
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Lead UAT coordination and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Conduct project evaluations, retrospectives, and post-implementation reviews.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT and software development projects. This role requires a combination of strong project management capability, hands-on technical knowledge, cloud expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is both a strategic planner and a technically capable contributor who ensures smooth end-to-end project delivery., * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on technical knowledge in development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.
- Working knowledge of:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Databases and basic SQL
- Networking and cybersecurity fundamentals (preferred)

- Required Experience
Typical Experience Expectations
- 4-7+ years of experience in IT project management or related IT roles.
- Proven track record of delivering IT or software development projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum environments (Scrum Master or Product Owner experience is a plus).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Experience conducting UAT, QA coordination, or release management is an advantage., * Bachelor's degree in:

Professional Certifications (often preferred but not always required)
