Your Profile * Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, or comparable qualifications. * Certification in ITIL or COBIT. * Certification in Prince2 or PMP will be considered. * Experience: IT Demand management, PMO management, IT process/frameworks management and managing international team. * English C1. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to actively listen and persuade with strong arguments. * Previous experience in leading multidisciplinary teams. * Customer-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. * People skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. * Academic background in IT, business management, or related fields. * Ability to manage stress and remain calm in challenging situations. * A person who is open to change and capable of leading change. * Good organization and effective process implementation and management skills. * Availability to travel.
