Day-to-day work after onboarding * Take ownership of big initiatives as a product engineer, work with the team to establish goals and a quarterly roadmap, focusing on the technical needs of the domain. * Influence requirements and participate in team decisions through RFCs you write or review. * Engage in customer discussions to learn about pains and needs. * Review code daily and receive feedback on every pull request from teammates, including juniors. * Learn from the team across technical topics and core skills; mentor junior members and

share experience.
