About The Role Your responsibilities include: * Defining high-level architecture and detailed solution design for CRM applications using Salesforce Platform and Veeva CRM suite. * Guiding technical design experts and developers, acting as the main technical contact for CRM solutions. * Designing and implementing harmonized global solutions, defining application rules and resolving conflicts between core and local solutions. * Staying updated on new technologies and trends, ensuring value from current and new solutions. * Collaborating with partners for continuous evolution and innovation of solutions. Role Requirements include: * 7+ years experience with Veeva-based solutions in multi-country environments. * Experience as the main solution architect for CRM implementations. * Knowledge of GDO/CORE models, Salesforce APIs, Veeva CRM modules, and related technologies like SQL, REST, JavaScript. * Understanding of other Veeva solutions like Vault and Align. * Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience working in agile environments. * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
