Job description
We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER (FULLREMOTE -?Only Spanish Residents) to support multiple product teams within a SAFe framework, focusing on SAP Financial System Development. If you are passionate about Agile practices, coaching high-performing teams, and enabling smooth delivery in complex environments, this role is for you!, * Serve as Scrum Master for several product teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
- Support the Release Train Engineer during SAFe ceremonies and planning events (e.g., PI Planning, PI System Demo).
- Schedule and conduct Scrum meetings and ceremonies according to best practices.
- Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and blockers.
- Foster team collaboration, ensure commitment to sprint objectives, and address team needs.
- Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices, continuously improving delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in program planning, ensuring cross-team dependencies are well-reflected.
- Track and analyze team metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business field (Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred).
- At least +5 years as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development.
- Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience supporting SAP/ERP ecosystems is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SAFe.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT structures and software delivery processes.
- Skilled in leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and resolving impediments.
- Experienced working with cross-functional teams in scaled Agile environments., * Fluent English / Spanish (C1) ?️
