What you'll bring * Several years of hands-on backend software development experience with strong proficiency in PHP, focusing on the Symfony framework. * Backend Expertise

Proven track record in designing, building and maintaining robust backend systems in a production environment as well as strong experience in building REST APIs. * Cloud Familiarity: Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and modern DevOps practices like CI/CD and containerization. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is highly valued. * Bonus: Familiarity with Kafka or event-driven architectures is a plus. * Testing: Good knowledge of product quality assurance, taking into account the overall quality strategy, and performing automated testing like unit and integration tests. * Product Mindset: You care about building meaningful features that create value for users, not just writing code. * Team Collaboration: You're a strong communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional teams and actively contributes to a positive engineering culture. * Compliance and Security:Ensure adherence to security procedures and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. * Fluent in written and spoken English.
