About you as a Scrum Master: -Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. -3+ years of working experience in a similar role such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, QA Manager, delivering software for cloud-based solutions. -Experience as facilitator of development teams of 10+ FTE in an international environment using agile methodologies. -Have been a software developer yourself , preferably .NET Framework, C#. -Hospitality/ Leisure experience and/or understanding of hospitality / Leisure IT architecture and industry systems would be an advantage. -Familiar with development tools such as: JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc. -Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I & PSM II) or Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) is a plus. -Passionate abou...
