Integrations Engineer

As an Integrations Developer, I will help build and maintain smart, scalable integrations with systems like job boards, social media platforms, CRM systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems. I will work closely with experienced medior and senior developers, taking full ownership of my projects from technical design to implementation. Additionally, I will manage communication with external partners, align on integration specifications, and help shape the technical backbone of our platform.

As I grow in the role, I will contribute to process and product improvements and make independent technical decisions that have real impact.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree (field of study is less important - we care more about your mindset and ability to work independently).

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL in a professional setting. Experience from personal or academic projects also counts. This is a hard requirement; applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with coding in the Symfony framework in a professional setting. Experience in domain-driven development is a strong preference.
• Solid experience in working with REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication flows, and preferably GraphQL.
• Solid back-end development skills and an interest in working on technical integrations. Some front-end experience is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for growth - you're motivated to keep developing your skills and to learn from a team of experienced developers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable communicating in both Dutch and English, especially with external partners.
