Job description

The Integration Solution Architect will play a hands-on role in defining, designing, and guiding the implementation of integration solutions across a complex, fast-moving technology landscape. You will work closely with SMEs, engineering teams, and third-party partners to shape the integration strategy for licensing renewals. This role spans multiple architectural domains enterprise, data, network, security, migration and requires strong technical depth, design assurance expertise, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively., * Define the integration strategy and end-to-end solutions by working across internal SMEs, Enterprise IT and external design partners

  • Ensure all third-party designs align with the company's governance, standards, and architectural controls
  • Document, update and evolve integration design patterns, reference architectures, and best practice approaches
  • Produce high- and low-level technical designs across applications, platforms, data and security
  • Lead design and delivery of APIs, middleware, messaging and operational integration processes
  • Provide design assurance for third-party and migration integrations to maintain consistency with architecture principles
  • Support hands-on PoCs, particularly around APIs and interface specifications, We also have dedicated learning and development for our sales team. We run weekly sessions for Consultants to enhance their skills as a Recruiter or for them to learn soft skills for when they want to progress into a Sales Leader via our Future Leaders program.

Requirements

  • 5+ years delivering and leading enterprise-grade integrated solutions
  • Strong background in fast-paced, lean, Agile/DevOps environments
  • Broad architectural understanding across enterprise, networks, data, and security domains
  • Experience working across both AWS and Azure cloud environments (e.g., S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, MSK, Entra ID, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Integration Services)
  • Strong integration and API expertise (including REST)
  • Proven ability to produce detailed high-level and low-level design documentation
  • Innovative mindset with ability to balance scalability, cost and urgency
  • Strong security focus and understanding of best-practice controls
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Manchester £76,493 - £84,992 10% car allowance + 20% discretionary bonus - hybrid 8 days a month onsite - 12 month FTC - 1 stage interview process
