Job description

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • In this position, you'll develop and execute creative internal communication strategies that make data topics visible and engaging across the organization. You'll produce targeted materials-such as newsletters, SharePoint posts, videos, and infographics-to highlight updates, success stories, and best practices in an accessible and inspiring way.
  • Here, you'll support the establishment and continuous growth of a strong network of data owners, stewards, and analysts. You'll foster ongoing collaboration by facilitating connections between teams, encouraging knowledge sharing, and helping nurture a sense of shared responsibility within the data community.
  • In this role, you'll plan and coordinate structured governance touchpoints-such as Data Owner Council meetings, steward office hours, and community of practice sessions. You'll capture key insights from these interactions and feed them into governance discussions, content roadmaps, and training priorities to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • You'll create visually appealing and easy-to-understand materials for data-related programs, including slide decks, videos, and training modules. By collaborating closely with subject-matter experts, you'll ensure content remains current, relevant, and tailored to different levels of data literacy-empowering employees to confidently engage with data in their daily work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, training development, or a related field, with proven ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in fluent English, with the ability to translate technical or data-related concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.

  • Experience in developing training materials, presentations, e-learning content, and visually appealing materials using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, gather feedback, and summarize engagement metrics to continuously improve communication and learning initiatives.

  • Interest in data concepts, tools, and technologies-such as data visualization, analytics, or reporting platforms-to support effective communication and training in a data-driven environment.

  • Travel 0-10%
