Job description

  • Design, prepare and monitor automated tests.
  • Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.
  • Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
  • Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
  • Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
  • Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
  • Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance testing (advantage).
  • Proficient with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools, including test data management and defect planning/management.
  • Solid understanding of IS quality assurance, quality control practices, and organizational quality procedures.
  • Good knowledge of software testing management, functional testing, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
  • Experience working with Access Management systems.
  • Technical expertise in Selenium, HP Quality Center, Java, JQuery, Eclipse, SOAP UI, and UML.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to apply high-quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and participate confidently in technical meetings.
  • Optional but highly valued certification: ISTQB Foundation or Advanced.
  • Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level) and French (B2 level).
