Tasks

• Coordinate IT/OT support for hardware and software systems.
• Support OT cybersecurity initiatives within manufacturing engineering.
• Develop documentation for network and IT/OT infrastructure., · Provide and coordinate IT/OT support for maintaining hardware, software, automation systems, and IT infrastructure, including server migrations, software updates, and cybersecurity measures

· Support OT cybersecurity activities within Corporate Manufacturing Engineering

· Actively work with 3rd party vendors to address vulnerabilities and security issues discovered, and ensure vulnerabilities and security patches are applied on OT assets

· Develop and maintain documentation related to network and other IT/OT infrastructure

· Ensure vulnerability monitoring system for OT is continuously updated and kept in line with Sonova global vulnerability management processes

• Vocational training in IT with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Fluency in English and German required., We are seeking a motivated IT/OT Support Specialist to join our Corporate Manufacturing Engineering team to support IT/OT initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance connectivity across our cutting-edge manufacturing operations., · Vocational training in IT, preferably with additional IT certifications

· 2-5 years of professional experience in IT Support, OT systems, and IT/OT integration

· Experienced in IT or OT Cyber Security as well as in project management is a plus

· Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus

· Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and quality-oriented approach to work

· Fluency in English and German
