"As an IT Project Manager in the ERP domain, you'll be steering some of our most impactful digital transformation initiatives. You will have full responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects and manage the entire life cycle of each one: from initial scoping and planning, to execution, delivery, and long-term success. Your role is all about clarity, coordination, and transforming complex challenges into reliable, streamlined solutions."
- You will participate in the development of responses to calls for tenders.
- You will be in charge of Odoo projects from the pre-sales phase to the production launch.
- You follow the design of Odoo projects (customer needs, functional specifications, work packages, deliverables, acceptance criteria...).
- You will manage Odoo projects and participate in the planning and management of the project team.
- In collaboration with your Team Lead, you coordinate internal resources to deliver projects on time.
- You anticipate risks and propose solutions to obstacles encountered.
- You communicate on the progress of projects (quality/costs/deadlines) and ensure reporting.
- You carry out the invoicing of the projects to our customers and guarantee the profitability.
- You organize regular retrospectives on the different phases of the projects.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (IT, Finance or Logistics) or a degree deemed equivalent.
- You have good practical experience in ERP systems, including configuration and deployment.
- You have several years of project management experience (3 years or more).
- You have strong written and oral communication skills, and you are able to federate, animate and structure management discussions.
- You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
- You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
The icing on the cake!
If you are familiar with these things, it will be a big plus:
- You have experience with Odoo or other ERP solutions.
- You have experience with Atlassian suite tools: Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
