Job description
- Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Align with business objectives, set KPIs, and identify new use cases.
- Enhance User Experience: Gather feedback, optimize conversational flows, and ensure accessibility standards.
- Manage Technical Requirements: Collaborate with AI/ML teams, oversee integrations, and ensure scalability and security.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally, present updates to leadership, and manage vendor relationships.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in data-driven projects
- Conversational AI, NLP, and Agentic AI expertise
- Experience with chatbot platforms and LLMs (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
- Basic programming knowledge (Python) and familiarity with React
- Understanding of API integrations and enterprise architectures
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
