Who You Are
You thrive where data meets operations. You enjoy diving into details but stay focused on how your work drives the bigger mission. You're proactive, structured, and energized by solving problems across different plants and teams. You understand that improvement is both technical and cultural, and you're driven by the challenge of building consistency, clarity, and performance at scale.
You turn numbers into stories, stories into priorities, and priorities into measurable change. Above all, you take ownership, challenge assumptions, and stay committed to operational excellence.
