We are strengthening our Data & AI Governance area in the Healthcare sector, incorporating someone with experience leading strategic projects that ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and ethical use of data and artificial intelligence.

WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU FACE?

Lead teams and consulting projects within Healthcare organizations.

Define and implement data and AI governance frameworks aligned with GDPR and the EU AI Act.

️ Provide guidance on data and AI quality, security, privacy, and ethics.

Coordinate stakeholders and ensure high-impact deliverables.

Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.

• ️ Promote best practices and data governance tools in hybrid and cloud environments (IBM watsonx, among others).

Do you have experience in Negotiation?, Experience leading teams and complex projects.

Strong communication skills with both technical and business profiles.

Customer orientation and negotiation skills.

Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

Knowledge of data and AI governance, frameworks, and processes.

• ️ Familiarity with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and healthcare standards (HL7/FHIR).

Experience with data governance tools and AI platforms (IBM watsonx).

Valuable: knowledge or certification in DAMA.
