Job description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Providers Programs to join our dynamic and growing Third-Party Technology Providers team within Expedia B2B. This role will support internal team operations and project delivery across several ongoing, high-impact initiatives.
This is a cross-functional role, reporting to the Director of Technology Providers, and working closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Product, Partner Solutions, and other internal teams. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, unlock new opportunities, and deliver automation solutions that improve efficiency and client satisfaction., * Own the Expedia B2B Certified Technology Providers program
- Define segmentation tiers and measure achievement
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing and PR Team to drive marketing initiatives
- Manage development funds to encourage product adoption
- Partner with the Tech Team to keep the Technology Provider website up to date
- Lead internal initiatives to scale the Technology Provider business
- Improve operational workflows and process automation
- Track and analyze performance metrics
- Act as a bridge between Technology Providers, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure aligned execution on feature adoption campaigns
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Team to optimize CRM processes
- Provide stakeholder updates across functions
- Analyze impact of new products on Technology Providers and provide recommendations prior to official product launches
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Highly energetic and proactive, with strong sales acumen
- Proven program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery
- Experience in the travel industry, preferably in B2B or travel technology environments
- Strong understanding of travel APIs, connectivity, and tech integration challenges
- Demonstrates business acumen and experience developing business cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
