As an SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant, you will lead the change enablement workstream for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs on behalf of LTIMindtree's clients. You will apply a persona-based approach to drive stakeholder engagement, learning, and adoption across global organizations. This role requires deep expertise in stakeholder analysis, change impact, communication strategy, learning needs analysis, and business readiness assessments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to build the case for change, understand pain points, and translate them into needs and delighters aligned to personas. You will also leverage digital adoption platforms and AI tools to enrich content and accelerate user enablement.
You will design and implement change strategies that address the implications for roles, responsibilities, processes, systems and data related change. Your work will ensure business continuity, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of new ways of working, including smooth transition to operate and maintain with a focus on adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to SAP Activate methodology.
- Build the case for change by identifying business drivers, pain points, and transformation goals.
- Apply persona-based approaches to segment user groups and tailor change interventions.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify influence, impact, and engagement strategies.
- Assess and document the implications for the IT operating model, including process changes, roles, responsibilities, and governance.
- Lead change impact assessments and business readiness reviews to ensure organizational preparedness, identifying and recording business value.
- Define and implement communication strategies to support awareness, understanding, and commitment.
Learning, engagement, and execution
- The consultant conducts learning needs analysis, delivers enablement programs using digital adoption platforms such as SAP EnableNow and WalkMe, engages stakeholders at all levels through workshops and communication plans, and leads the OCM workstream throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle ensuring alignment with project phases and metrics tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Change Management, or SAP Certified, * Minimum 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with at least 5+ years in SAP transformation programs.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, supporting change enablement across global organizations.
- Good understanding of order to cash, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing processes and their change impacts required.
- Experience deploying digital adoption platforms such as SAP WalkMe and SAP EnableNow.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and enrichment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, communication planning, and training delivery., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Change Management, or related field.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA, Prosci ADKAR, or equivalent change management frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project delivery models (Agile, Waterfall).
- Certification in SAP Signavio (from a change impact perspective)
