Job description
The Finance Application Owner is accountable for the efficient service delivery, maintenance and improvements of the Finance applications & product assigned to him (Dematerialization GENERIX platform, tax applications, IFRS16 management...). Fueled by the business, she/he keeps updated the IT strategic vision of the IT / business targets on her/his scope of responsibility (Targets, Roadmap) To perform his activity, she/he will: o Develop strong relationship with business referents to set-up a project portfolio and prioritize business requirements with them, o Propose and set-up an efficient organization adapted to his scope of duty (internal and/or contractors). o Ensure that all the contracts in his scope of activities are validated and aligned with the activities of the contractors. She / he will animate and track the progress of contractors activities and check the compliance of their deliverables / outputs o Propose and implement with partners (Support, ISSC, D&T office, ...) efficient ways of workings aligned with processes defined by D&T o Manage efficiently licenses with SAM team and key users o Ensure the Architecture, Security, Audit, GDPR, Compliance and internal policies requirements are followed for her/his applications o Propose IT budget, spending optimizations (sourcing), perform IT forecast, track IT costs on his domain of activity. He will work closely with another Finance Application Owner in charge of other Applications and in particular the ERP and P2P (AX, SAP, COUPA…), o Ensure competencies and knowledge related to her/his domain are kept and mastered internally within GEODIS o Promote teamwork and collaboration with the objective of providing the best services to users and customers o Work closely with all D&T teams and back-up other Finance Applications Owner Portfolio Management: o Is the entry point for all incoming business requirements in her / his scope of responsibility o Monitor and prioritize of business change requirement o Keep updated the portfolio application upgrade / technical projects o Support the business by proposing proactively relevant solutions o Define, execute and deploy change and projects roadmap o Handle risk management and propose mitigation plan
Requirements
o Propose and Support the Finance Procurement and Treasury applications manager in the definition of the vision and ambition (mission, long-term target, mid-term target) on the finance applications he/she owned o Keep update the 3 years vision and the 1 year actions plan o Support innovation to improve the efficiency of applications under his/her scope, * Double competencies in IT and Project Management
- Proven experience in international projects management
- Good knowledge in Finance domain
- Good knowledge in invoices dematerialization
- Leadership
- Good knowledge of an application and project life cycle
- Ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively
- Ability to listen, respond and build trust
- Decision-making skills
- Good synthesis skills, Anglais (Maitrise Courante)
