Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) with strong experience in Windows and macOS environments. This role requires someone who can provide VIP/Executive support, efficiently handle escalated issues from the Service Desk, and manage increased call volumes during peak times.

Requirements

Mandatory: Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Windows OS and macOS.
Proven experience providing VIP/Executive support.
Ability to manage and resolve escalated technical cases.
Experience supporting print services (printers, queues, drivers, print servers).
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and during peak support hours.
Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
